In matter against certificate proceedings started against appellant for recovery of mortgaged loan and interest one year time asked for paying back the due amount was allowed as major portion of the amount was recovered or paid. The appellant must pay the entire balance due from together with interest from the date of quantification of the amount either by agreement of the parties or by the certificate officer.
