Subsequent to striking down of the order of the Uttar Pradesh Government identifying the backward classes for recruitment to post of Munsifs, on the grounds that the backward classes were not properly identified, another commission has submitted a report on the question of identification of the backward classes, which is under the consideration of the state. The appeal is dismissed.
