Appellant tenant challenged dismissal of revision petition by Rent Controller on ground that respondent landlord was not specified landlord and landlord being co-owner incompetent to institute eviction proceedings under Section 13-A. Respondent being public servant came within purview of Article 12. On basis of precedents Supreme Court held that application for ejectment of tenant maintainable by co-owners. Appeal dismissed.
