Appellant purchased premises by way of registered sale deed after permission to sell was granted to managing trustee by Court. Appellant filed eviction petition against respondent tenant which was allowed by Trial Court. High Court reversed decision of Trial Court on ground that trust property were exempt from provisions of Rent Act. Supreme Court held that appellant had title to property on ground that trustees had refused to accept rent from tenant on ground that property had been sold to appellant.
