Appellant sought allotment of land as per resolution passed by Bangalore Development authority in response to acquisition of land. Bangalore Development Authority entered into settlement with farmers and took conscious decision to allot plots to them. Unjust on part of BDA and State Government to have gone back to their decision after discussion with farmers. Supreme Court directed Bangalore Development Authority to handover possession of sites to appellants and similarly situated.
