An appeal against the impugned order of the High Court, which had overruled the objections of the appellant, was allowed to a limited extent as the appellant gave up all allegations against the arbitrator and the Respondent 1 also stated clearly that he did not want to continue as an arbitrator. A new arbitrator may be appointed and the appeal in which the arbitrator was appointed does not survive.
