Appellant No. 1 on death of her husband filed suit for partition and separate possession of 1/15 of immovable property. Marriage between appellant No. 1 and her husband was solemnized following all rites and formalities. Supreme Court held that when marriage was valid appellants being widow and daughter of deceased entitled to get 1/15 share of property.
