Dispute was whether appellant can claim kudikidappu right in property as she had other properties in possession. Properties in which she had right was gifted by brother of appellant to appellant and gift deed what had been conveyed was only an intermediary right which also vested in Government. Supreme Court held that appellant can claim kudikikappu right in property.
