Appellant had not paid minimum wages to five workmen as specified under Minimum Wages Act. Authority found ulterior motive in conduct of appellant and awarded compensation eight times the wage of workmen. Supreme Court held that amount of compensation should be equivalent to amount of wages awarded to him. The Order of Authority stands modified to that extent.
