The High Court should not have interfered in the order of the Trial Court allowing the application filed by the appellant for leading additional evidence under Section 115 CPC as the order passed by the Trial Court was not without jurisdiction. Such interferences by the revisional courts prolong litigation and are not in the interest of the parties. Accordingly the appeal is allowed and set aside the judgment of the High Court.
