In this case, the appellant has requested the court for transfer of case proceedings from Shillong to Delhi as the appellant is unable to defend the case at Shillong that is far away from Delhi. The court, allowing the appeal held that as the appellant is a widow, it would be difficult for her to defend the case at Shillong but easy to defend at Delhi and hence directed the Trial court at Shillong to transfer the case records to District Judge Delhi.
