It was alleged that appellant had kidnapped a minor girl and was facing criminal proceedings u s 366 of IPC. However, on the affidavit of the said minor girl stating that she was married to the accused and on the statement of the counsel that a child had been born from that marriage the criminal proceedings were quashed.
