The Court directed the Municipal Commissioner, Faridabad to offer land for rehabilitation to the bonded labourers. The Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) and the Deputy Labour Commissioner were also directed to verify whether all nine lessees to whom notice was issued were paying the wages that were commensurate with the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act.
