Appellants convicted under TADA on ground of snatching a gun from policeman. Designated Judge convicted appellants on basis of evidence provided by two witnesses under Section 392 of IPC and Section 3 of TADA on ground of recovery of gun from possession of appellant. Supreme Court upheld decision of Designated Judge as it based on evidence to two eye witnesses who cat gorily narrated the incident.
