Thus, appellants-respondents in writ petition were restrained from granting lease, license, permission or patta for mining purpose to anyone in Khasara no. 587 and the other appellant-respondent 3 in writ petition was restrained from carrying out further mining operation in Khasara no. 587 till final disposal of the writ petition.
