This appeal is against the order of the High Court where it had refused to restore the writ petition that was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16-2-1993. Allowing the appeal, the court set aside the dismissal order of the High Court and remitted the case back to the High court for disposal after issuing notices to the parties and considering the documents produced by them.
