This appeal is against the order of the High Court where it had reversed the order of the Trial court that the land is a Govt. land and not the property of the respondent 2 as claimed by him. Allowing the appeal, the court held that the High court erred by reversing the order of the Trial court and restored the judgment of the Lower court and also ordered payment of cost to the appellant.
