ORDER
The Text below is only a summarized version of the order pronounced
X executed will in favour of appellant who filed an application for letters of administration in respect of said will. Trial Court granted letter of administration on ground that testator did not suffer from any mental derangement. On appeal High Court reversed decision of Trial Court on ground that evidence showed that there were suspicious circumstances but failed to spell out what exactly those suspicious circumstances were. Supreme Court set aside Order of High Court on ground that there was nothing on record to show that X was of unsound mind.
