The petitioner was an elected Member of Parliament but had not taken oath. The State of Bihar and other authorities were directed to take the petitioner to the designated officer of Lok Sabha on 23-02-2000 at 10.00 a.m. for taking oath and allowed him to attend proceedings of Parliament on that day. Further, petitioner was allowed to make recommendations for utilization of grant, which he might get as an MP after taking oath.
