It was alleged by the respondents in the appeal before the High Court that the applications of the respondents for transfer from one college to another and from one course to other had not been properly considered and appropriate adjustment was sought. It was held that though the registrar had power to permit transfer of a student from one college to another with in a period of 6 months from the date of admission but considering the facts court directed the registrar of appellant University to consider the applications by relaxing time.
