The Review petition was dismissed on the ground of inordinate delay. Also, on merits it was dismissed stating that though the judgment, which was the base of impugned order, was pending scrutiny before Constitution Bench but the said fact was not put before the bench, which decided the civil appeal, and at the time of passing of the order the judgment was not disturbed. Also, even if the said judgment got reversed or modified, it would not be a ground of review of such orders.
