Dispute related to shifting of shopkeepers from specified plot on ground that ASI had stated that said plot is a protected monument site and construction cannot be permitted of shops and for shopkeepers to remain there. All shopkeepers having license will be entitled to an alternative site. If said site is not vacated within four weeks State Government duty bound to remove all unauthorized persons occupying site.
