This appeal is against the order of the High Court where it annulled the recruitment of the appellant on ground that not being sponsored by employment exchange, he was not to be considered for the post at all. The court held that the contention that he was not sponsored by employment exchange is not maintainable and therefore the appellant would be entitled to salary from the day he joined pursuant to the orders passed in his favour.
