Appellants were ex-servicemen. Claimed entitlement of Type B quarters which was rejected by High Court. Emoluments in context of Port Trust Rules means emoluments received from Port Trust and cannot include pension received from Central Government. If amount of pension is excluded then appellants are not entitled to Type B quarters. Supreme Court held that appellants are not entitled to add up their pension received from a different employer for claiming Type B quarters.
