Appellant taking supply of raw water from State. Dispute is related to rate of water charges which appellant was liable to pay. Appellant entered into agreement with State and gave undertaking to pay specified rate. Appealed before Supreme Court contending that undertaking was given under duress and therefore it was not undertaking in eyes of law. Supreme Court dismissed appeal as there was no material to come to conclusion that undertaking given by appellant was under duress.
