Supreme Court directed survive rescue operation for plants planted by Forest Department. Directed adequate steps to be taken to save these plants. Divisional Forest Officer is directed to take immediate steps for seeing that water is supplied to plants and directed Union Government to release funds immediately without waiting for receipt of proposals by State Government.
