Dispute related to right of school to send students for appearing at school leaving certificate examinations. High Court passed interim Order directing appellant to declare result of candidates which was not in accordance with law. Supreme Court normally does not interfere with interim Orders in exercise of powers under Article 136 but in a perverse case like this had no other alternative but to interfere with same.
