ORDER
The Text below is only a summarized version of the order pronounced
Appropriate authorities granted permission for shifting of school from one place to another after considering all relevant materials but same was cancelled because of issuance of contempt notice by Court. Supreme Court held that shifting of school from one place to another is not governed by any statutory rules and if Government decision is not actuated with malice same should not be interfered with by a Court of law under Article 226. In case of grievance made by parents of students justified appropriate authorities may pass Orders with regard to prayer for cancellation of permission granted.
