Respondent suffered fracture on wrist due to accident while traveling in a bus belonging to appellant. Tribunal awarded compensation which according to appellant was on higher side. Supreme Court observed that movement of wrist which was impaired by 25% loss estimated by Tribunal was on higher side thereby reducing amount of compensation.
