Respondent appointed as Junior office Assistant-cum-Typist and given extension of services from time to time. Sought relief of regularization of service when her services was sought to be terminated. Respondent services regularized against one vacant post in accordance with directions of High Court. On appeal Supreme Court held that there was no reasons to interfere with decision of High Court as her appointment had been made against clear vacancy.
