Appellant filed petition before Family Court for restitution of conjugal rights. Application resisted by first respondent on basis of document. Appellant contended that said document was a result of forgery. Supreme Court held that when a Family Court is called to decide genuineness of said document he may enter findings in either favour. Criminal Proceedings in respect of said document would arise if Family Court reaches a finding that said document was fraud.
