ORDER

1. The order impugned is an interim order. It is stated that the final order has been passed. In view thereof, the matter has become in fructuous. The appeal is disposed of as in fructuous. It is open to the appellant to make an application before the authority which passed the interim order for suitable relief in consequence of any injury it may have suffered as a consequence of the interim order.
