ORDER

1. Leave granted.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that

the appellants are already in jail for a period of about 10 months, they are directed to

be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties for

the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

3.The appeal is allowed with the aforementioned direction.
