1. This is wife's transfer petition. Heard learned counsel on both sides. Transfer petition is allowed in terms of prayer `A' which is reproduced herein below:

"Direct the transfer HMA Case No. 889/2007 titled Sh. Rohit Kashyap vs. Smit. Nisha Kashyap pending in the court of Sh. Deepak Jagotra, Additional District Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the Court of District Judge, Begusarai (Bihar) for disposal."
