ORDER
1. Heard petitioner's counsel and counsel for the respondent.
2. In this matrimonial dispute, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre at Tis Hazari, Delhi. We are told that the matter has already been settled between the parties and the parties have agreed to withdraw their respective litigations pending in subordinate courts. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the transfer petition is disposed of.
