ORDER
1. This is a wife's transfer petition. We are not concerned with the merits of the case. The petitioner is employed in Delhi. In the circumstances, we pass the following order: pending before the Family Court, Dehradun under Section 13(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, is directed to be transferred to the District Judge, Tis Hazari, Delhi, who is requested, in turn, to assign the matter to the concerned Court.
2. The transfer petition is disposed of accordingly.
