1. Present application has been filed by the appellants seeking directions for refund of the principal amount along with interest. For the purpose of withdrawing the amount already deposited with the Revenue Authority, it will be open for the applicants to apply for refund of the said amount before the Revenue Authority. The Interlocutory Application is accordingly disposed of.
