1. Leave granted.

2. This appeal is disposed of with a direction that in addition to whatever amount has been paid by the Insurance Company to the appellant, a further sum of Rs.75,000/- shall be paid in full and final settlement of the claim of the appellant. The same shall be deposited with the concerned MACT Court within four weeks. The claimant shall be permitted to withdraw the amount.
