ORDER

 

Heard learned counsel for the parties. This petition has been filed under Article 32 of the Constitution. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, it will be open to the petitioner to move the High Court under Article 226 in respect of his grievances raised before this Court. The questions of law raised by the petitioner in this petition can also be raised before the High Court which can be contested by the State Forest Corporation.
