Vs.
K.K. Gopalakrishnan
C.A.No.3407 of 2009
(Tarun Chatterjee and H.L. Dattu JJ.)
04.05.2009
ORDER
1. Delay condoned. Leave granted. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Since the respondent has already been appointed in compliance with the directions made by the Central Administratitve Tribunal and the High Court did not interfere with it, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders exercising our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution. The Civil Appeal is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. .
