ORDER
1. In pursuance to this Court's order dated 15.9.2010, Mr. Atul Kumar Bhargava, Deputy Superintending Archaeologist, Agra Circle, Agra, has filed an affidavit along with some photographs and a map. It is stated in the affidavit that construction of the boundary wall is divided into two phases. The first phase comprises of construction of boundary wall fencing from Sweet Tank to Lal Darwaza, admeasuring 1195 metres. The second phase comprises of construction of the boundary wall fencing Agra Gate to Shahkuli Baoli.
2. It is also mentioned in the affidavit that for the construction of the boundary wall of first phase, an estimate of `. 67,71,000/- has already been approved. The photographs indicate that substantial work has been carried out.
3. Learned amicus curiae and the Learned Counsel for the Respondents pray for a short adjournment to file suggestions to the said affidavit. Let that be filed within four weeks from today.
4. List this matter for further directions on 9th December, 2010.
