1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. In this case the Madhya Pradesh High Court by the impugned judgment dated 15.10.2004 acquitted the respondents.

3. We have carefully perused the judgment of the High Court. The High Court has considered the evidence on record in detail, and we are not inclined to take a different view.

4. For the reasons given above this appeal is dismissed.
