1. All the Civil appeals are disposed of in terms of our judgment delivered today in Civil Appeal Nos. 6015-6027 of 2011 (State of Tamil Nadu & Ors. v. K. Shyam Sunder & Ors.).

2. All other applications, if any, filed in these appeals/connected matters also stand disposed of. We do not think it appropriate to entertain the contempt petitions. Thus, the same stand dismissed.
