1. In view of our judgment pronounced today in Civil Appeal No. 7448 of 2011 (The National Textile Corporation Ltd. v. Nareshkumar Badrikumar Jagad & Ors.), these appeals also stand dismissed. However, appellant is given time upto 31.12.2011 to vacate the premises. Appellant shall file a usual undertaking within four weeks from today to hand over peaceful and vacant possession to the respondent.
