1. It has been submitted that the petitioners have already been appointed.

2. If there is any dispute with regard to pay scale, etc.  or  any  other service condition, it would be open to the  petitioners  to  approach  other appropriate Forum for redressal of their grievances.

3.   The contempt petition is dismissed with the above observations.
