3. Looking at the facts of the case, the prayer, so far as it relates to amendment application about change of name from the father to the name of the grandfather is concerned, shall stand allowed.

4. It would be open to the concerned parties to lead evidence on the amended suit.

5. The impugned judgment is set aside and the appeal is disposed of as allowed to the above extent with no order as to costs.
