1.  Leave granted.

2.  The appellant approached this Court, aggrieved by the Judgment dated 09.08.2011 passed by the High Court of Delhi in Company Appeal Nos. 61 and 62 of 2005. During the penden-cy of the matter before us, it is seen that the parties have entered into a settlement.  The Set-tlement Agreement dated 05.05.2016 has been handed over in Court today and is taken on record.

3.  In view of the settlement entered into between the parties on 05.05.2016, these appeals are disposed of. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

4. No costs.
