The learned counsel for the appellants has brought to our notice that the appeals filed by the Delhi Development Authority have already been dismissed, however, with liberty to initiate fresh acquisition proceedings within a period of one year under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

4. Subject to the liberty, as above, these appeals are also dismissed.

5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. No costs.
