2.  It is submitted by            the learned counsel appearing on both sides that they have settled their disputes outside the Court and the settlement agreement has been filed before this            Court by way of I.A.No. 4        of 2017 in C.A.No. 3904 of 2017  [@ SLP (C) No. 6417 of 2016].

3.  These appeals are, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement, which shall form part of this Judgment.
