ORDER
1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has obtained the possession of the premises in question.
2. In pursuance of this Court’s order dated 08.05.2017 issuing non-bailable warrants against the respondent, the respondent B. N. Mehta is produced before us today.
3. The respondent has tendered an unconditional apology for his willful and deliberate disobedience of compliance of this Court's order dated 22.04.2016. The same is accepted by this Court.
4. In view of the above, the aforesaid non-bailable warrants issued against the respondent stands cancelled and the respondent is directed to be released from custody.
